Is it safe to connect the bank?
Yes. The connection uses BankID through an approved bank partner and gives read-only access. Nobody can move money through the app.
Which banks work?
Most Swedish banks, e.g. Nordea, Swedbank, SEB and Handelsbanken.
What does it cost?
Free for 30 days, then 100 kr per year. Cancel any time.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → My subscription and tap Manage or cancel. You keep access until the paid period ends, and if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.
How do I get my money back?
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee after each payment. Read the refund policy or write to us.
Why is a purchase in the wrong category?
Tap the purchase and choose Move to category. The app remembers the shop next time.
Does the assistant give financial advice?
No. The budget assistant gives automatic budget tips based on your own numbers, not personal financial advice.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, you can disconnect the bank and log out at any time. Read more in the privacy policy.
