Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Payday subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date — no questions asked. This applies to the first payment after your free trial and to every yearly renewal.

If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, you are not charged at all.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds.

To get your money back, look up your order at paddle.net, or e-mail the seller, Viktor Lindgren (Payday), and we will arrange it for you. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
